Bailey Grufik Hays, CPA

Chief Operating Officer

Bailey Grufik Hays joined the firm in March of 2018. She graduated from the University of Tulsa in May 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Business Management and Entrepreneurship/Family Owned Business and again in December 2021 from Northeastern State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Bailey has a significant education of Computer Information Systems, and implements her knowledge of excel, extensive spreadsheet work and other programs within the firm. Bailey became a licensed CPA in February of 2024 and became a partner in November of 2024.
