Steve is a Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Financial Services P.C., previously known as Steve Rutherford, CPA P.C. He is a practicing certified public accountant and a certified mediator. He has been in public accounting for approximately forty years; focusing on various tax, accounting, bankruptcy, expert witness and financial planning services, with special emphasis on long-term planning for high net-worth and small business clients. Steve is certified with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. In January 2020, Steve became a Sub-chapter V Bankruptcy Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy court.
